- Minimum 15 years of experience in smart cities, BIM, GIS, digital twins, or related fields.
- Strong technical expertise in BIM, GIS, smart city technologies, and digital twin platforms.
- Proven leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and programming languages (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS, Python).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
