Job Title: Senior CAD Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CAD Technician to join our team at AECOM. As a Senior CAD Technician, you will be responsible for creating and managing CAD models, drawings, and data for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed CAD models and drawings using Civil3D and other software.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with BIM standards and workflows.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control on discipline models and drawings.
  • Develop and distribute prints and exports for team coordination and final drawing/model deliverables.
  • Utilize Common Data Environment for information exchange.

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical knowledge in utilities networks covering water, power, and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
  • Expert user of Civil3D.
  • Ability to read and understand calculations.
  • Knowledge of creating and updating catalogues and part lists.
