Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.

  • Manage the daily operations of the Amine Treating Plant, including AGI and low-pressure gas gathering systems.
  • Effectively monitor and control plant operations from both the control room and on-site.
  • Conduct regular inspections of operational equipment and critical parameters, maintaining precise operational logs.
  • Prepare equipment for maintenance and carry out maintenance and preventative inspections as needed.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Management to ensure optimal runtime and production quality.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and work collaboratively to implement necessary changes.
  • Adhere to and support the policies, objectives, and initiatives of the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management System.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Amine Gas Plant operations is preferred.
  • Willingness to work a 7/7 rotation with overtime opportunities available.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Amine Sweetening, Inlet Liquid Recovery, Stabilization, and Dehydration processes.
  • Ability to provide technical, functional, and administrative support as required.
  • General understanding of specific systems, terminology, and procedures utilized within the department.
