We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cashier Operations Specialist to join our team at DAMAC Properties. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing daily cash and change requirements for our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide a high level of customer service and support to our guests and colleagues, adhering to our company's guidelines and standards.
  • To collect and verify cash and cheques from the drop-safe, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions.
  • To prepare and process bank deposits, ensuring timely and secure transfer of funds.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including the general cashier's daily report and daily deposit records.
  • To collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure seamless processing of cash and cheque transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively address complex financial issues.
  • Strong understanding of financial operating systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new programs.
