Our operations include the management of a world-class fleet of remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) and we excel in offshore oilfield maintenance services, subsea hardware, and tooling. Additionally, we leverage our technological expertise to serve various industries including defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy.

Duties & Responsibilities

Objective: Assist the Service Excellence Operations Manager in delivering the necessary equipment and personnel to support local operations. Ensure that planning, mobilization, and demobilization activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

  • Collaborate with Global Mobility to ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of personnel to meet project needs.
  • Work alongside HR and Global Mobility to secure required medical clearances, visas, and training certifications prior to personnel deployment.
  • Implement necessary site inductions and gate passes for personnel.
  • Oversee personnel competency assessments, including training certifications and renewals, as well as client-specific training inductions.
  • Ensure all training certifications for current and new hires are uploaded into the training management system.
  • Arrange accommodations for personnel during their stay, prioritizing company housing.
  • Coordinate with regional operations coordinators to optimize personnel sharing and utilization.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in recruitment processes by preparing necessary documentation for open positions.
  • Coordinate daily transportation needs for personnel with company drivers.
  • Support the Operations Manager in preparing leaver forms for both permanent and temporary departures.
  • Assist in raising requisitions for approval within the internal management system.
  • Report any health, safety, and environmental (HSE) observations as necessary.
  • Identify and report any instances of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare project documentation for client review and approval.
  • Manage personnel mobilizations and oversee timesheet and client worksheet control.
  • Facilitate rotation scheduling and training management.
  • Submit equipment requests through the internal management system.
  • Maintain and update personnel folders, including formatting CVs according to company standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience in planning, organizing, and managing personnel activities.
  • Experience in Integrity Management, particularly in personnel logistics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
