In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our homecare services, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels between healthcare providers, patients, and families to facilitate care planning and service delivery
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of home healthcare staff to ensure adequate coverage
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and agency policies
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of homecare staff to ensure the highest standards of care
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members to ensure continuity of care
  • Identify and address operational issues that arise and implement corrective action as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and operational metrics to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in operations coordination or management in the healthcare sector, preferably in homecare
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support a patient-centered approach to care
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards relevant to homecare services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
