We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of all operational security procedures within our hotels.
Key Responsibilities:- Security Operations: Develop and implement security protocols to ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and properties.
- Contractor and Vendor Management: Oversee the management and security oversight of all contractors, suppliers, and vendors working on our properties.
- Local Authority Liaison: Maintain a close dialogue and relationship with local security authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that security officers provide a courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors, and suppliers.
- Car Park Management: Monitor the car-park system and ensure its smooth running and security.
- Incident Response: Vetting the daily functions and VIP arrival list, and ensuring that security officers are deployed as appropriate.
- Key Control: Account for the master keys of the property and their movements, as well as key control in general.
- Reporting and Compliance: Keep the hotel senior management informed on all matters relating to the Security aspects of the hotel on a daily basis.
- Process Improvement: Review and suggest adjustments to processes based on current and future environments.
- Incident Handling: Conduct full inquiries and follow-up activities for all security-related incidents, ensuring that all parties are dealt with sensitively and professionally.
