The Wonder Years Nursery is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Facility Maintenance:
• Oversee the regular maintenance of our facilities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades
• Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions - Health & Safety:
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
• Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed - Inventory Management:
• Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and manage procurement processes to minimize waste and optimize resources - Record Keeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of facility-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, operations, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations & compliance standards
- Excellent spoken English & communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
