Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and model water supply, firefighting, wastewater, and irrigation infrastructure projects using various software tools.
  2. Conduct stagnation and water age studies for potable water transmission projects.
  3. Develop and implement modeling strategies for wet services using different modeling software.
  4. Validate modeling output with engineering calculations and ensure accuracy.
  5. Deliver high-quality infrastructure design works to clients within allocated budgets and timelines.
  6. Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) for projects and ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders.
  7. Coordinate design submittals, reviews, and approvals with clients and authorities.
  8. Adhere to AECOM's health and safety, and quality measures, including safety in design works.
  9. Produce technical reports, calculations, and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.
  10. Provide design input to CAD technicians and coordinate with authorities for design reviews and approvals.
  11. Stay up-to-date with UAE and KSA design guidelines and authorities' requirements.
  12. Utilize skills and experience in WaterGEM, SewerGEM, StormCAD, Civil 3D, InfoSWMM, MIKE URBAN, Infoworks ICM, Bentley Hammer, ARCMap, PCSWMM, and HEC-RAS.

Requirements:

  1. Professional recognition as a Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership.
  2. Minimum 5 years of design experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a water-related subject.
