The Field Sales Specialist - Printing Solutions position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join Reap HR Consultancy's outdoor media division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue and driving growth in the UAE market through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and target new clients in the outdoor advertising sector, utilizing market research and analysis to inform your approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all custom printing and signboard orders are fulfilled accurately and within deadlines, guaranteeing client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the outdoor advertising and printing industry, staying ahead of the competition and identifying new opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry-related events and conferences to increase brand awareness, promote our services, and build strategic partnerships.
- Track sales performance and regularly report on achievements and progress against sales targets, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in the printing, signboard, or outdoor advertising industry) with a proven track record of success.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets, with a strong focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings, with a flexible approach to scheduling and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
