Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels and transactions.
  • Generate regular reports on stock status, consumption, and trends.

Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment used in the storage and handling of goods.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inventory Management Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
