We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Art Director to lead our visual storytelling efforts and drive the creative direction of our photography and design projects. As a key member of our Creative & Design team, you will be responsible for developing innovative concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality visual content that meets our brand's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with our brand's vision and goals.
- Lead the development of photography concepts from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality visual content that meets our brand's standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, consumer research, and marketing, to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions.
- Manage multiple design projects, requests, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Present creative concepts effectively to senior executives, stakeholders, and other key partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience in an Art Direction or Graphic Design role, with a focus on photography and design.
- Proven track record of managing complex design campaigns and programs, with a focus on delivering high-quality visual content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and graphics file creation optimized for digital and print.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines.
