Job Summary
The Hashmi Group seeks a Quality Assurance Director to lead the implementation and maintenance of its Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with local and international Halal standards. This role is responsible for ensuring that the organization's products and services meet the required quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Implement QMS: Develop, implement, and maintain a QMS that meets the requirements of local and international Halal standards, including GSO 2055-2, UAE.S 2055-2, MS 1500, and OIC/SMIIC Halal Standards.
- Establish Quality Objectives and Policies: Set and review quality objectives, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage Impartiality: Identify and manage potential personal conflicts of interest and ensure impartiality in decision-making processes.
Monitoring and Auditing:
- Conduct Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate External Audits: Coordinate and facilitate external audits conducted by accreditation bodies or Halal regulatory authorities.
