About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and preparing landscape construction drawings using Revit and BIM software.
  • Creating detailed technical drawings, including grading, irrigation, planting, hardscape, and drainage plans.
  • Utilizing Revit for 3D modeling, visualization, and documentation of landscape design projects.
  • Coordinating with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape elements into overall project designs.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of landscape construction techniques, grading, and drainage principles. Proficiency in Revit and BIM software is essential, as well as experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D modeling tools.
