We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wedding Venue Liaison Expert to join our team at St. Trinity Property Group.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in luxury travel, hospitality, or wedding sales, with a strong ability to negotiate exclusive packages with high-end venues globally.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with luxury venues, securing preferential rates and exclusive packages, and representing the St. Trinity Property Group brand with professionalism and passion.

You will also work directly with brides and grooms, offering personalized advice and connecting them to pre-negotiated luxury packages, driving sales by identifying new opportunities and upselling additional services.

To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with trends in luxury weddings, travel, and hospitality, providing expert advice to clients and staying ahead of the competition.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or wedding sales, with a track record of working with high-profile clients and venues.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, particularly with luxury venues and vendors.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized advice and a premium client experience.
  • Knowledge or passion for luxury wedding planning and an understanding of the destination wedding market.
