Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage leader to oversee the department of our cluster hotels.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive Food & Beverage strategy aligned with the overall vision and business goals of the hotels. This includes analyzing market trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the General Manager to establish performance objectives and KPIs for the department. They will ensure seamless daily operations across the cluster Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with industry standards.

A key responsibility of this role is to oversee inventory management, procurement, and cost control to maximize profitability while minimizing waste. The candidate will also implement and regularly review standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

The Food & Beverage leader will regularly review guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to identify areas for improvement. They will collaborate with the culinary team to design innovative menus and curate memorable dining experiences for guests.

This position requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management, is essential for this role.
