About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Tabby. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement credit policies and risk assessment strategies in accordance with the requirements of our business customers, working closely with the risk and antifraud department.
  • Monitor the operation of our decision-making system and assess the effect of implemented changes, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Develop and automate test scripts for changes made to our software, ensuring thorough testing and validation.
  • Test algorithms and elements of our credit decision-making strategy, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and reliability.
  • Analyze the credit decision-making strategy in terms of technical implementation, identifying and eliminating errors to ensure seamless performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience as an Engineer in tech or fintech products.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python programming languages.
  • Good knowledge of English (pre-Intermediate or higher) and Russian (pre-Intermediate or higher).
  • Able to work remotely from one of our hubs: Portugal, Spain, Georgia, Serbia, Armenia (relocation provided).
