Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver complete SAP FICO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), ensuring they align with business requirements and S/4 HANA best practices.
  • Drive the implementation and integration of S/4 HANA solutions, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to S/4 HANA, optimizing performance, data integrity, and financial processes.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, map out end-to-end financial processes, and provide insights into process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications and ensure proper documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
  • Perform hands-on configuration of SAP FICO modules to meet project deliverables, test and troubleshoot system issues, and provide solutions for process optimization and improvements.
  • Provide training and user support for SAP FICO end users, ensuring smooth go-live and post-implementation support by resolving any system issues and assisting in user adoption.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business timelines, budget, and scope.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 8+ years of SAP FICO experience with demonstrated expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
  • At least 3 full-cycle S/4 HANA implementations, with a deep understanding of S/4 HANA architecture, configuration, and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
  • Experience with SAP integration to other modules such as SAP MM, SD, PP, and third-party applications.
  • Ability to handle cross-functional requirements and ensure business processes are efficiently integrated within the SAP framework.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with both technical teams and business users.
  • Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in training and supporting end users in a live SAP environment.
