Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive and engaging digital banking experiences that meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems, standards, and guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our digital banking experiences.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong portfolio that showcases your UX design work, including process, wireframes, and final designs.
