Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Operations Specialist to join our team at the Institute for Healthier Living Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the execution and optimization of our digital operations and project initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital operations, IT support, or project coordination, preferably in healthcare or life sciences. Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools is essential.

The Digital Operations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and supporting digital projects in collaboration with IT and clinical stakeholders, tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

The successful candidate will also optimize workflows and streamline digital operations to ensure systems run efficiently, assist in QA testing and rollout of new tools and platforms, communicate with vendors and stakeholders, coordinate meetings, updates, and deliverables, and facilitate change management and user training to support adoption of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support digital projects in collaboration with IT and clinical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 4 - 7 years in digital operations, IT support, or project coordination—preferably in healthcare or life sciences
  • Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools
  • A knack for solving problems, driving efficiency, and staying ahead in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or innovation programs
  • Knowledge of IT governance, compliance frameworks, and QA/testing best practices
  • A Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Project Management certifications are a plus)
