About the Position

The Health Insurance Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the underwriting portfolio at Daman National Health Insurance Company. This individual will develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, manage a team of underwriters, and ensure compliance with health insurance regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement portfolio growth strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead a team of underwriters in achieving portfolio growth and profitability
  • Manage and monitor underwriting policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in health insurance underwriting, preferably in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; medical degree or master's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance concepts and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
