We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance to join our team. The successful candidate will drive financial planning, reporting, and compliance within our e-commerce business, overseeing revenue tracking, payment gateway reconciliation, cost control, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate financial records, general ledger, and expense tracking.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
  2. Compliance & Audit Support:
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, or local regulations).
    • Assist in internal & external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
    • Ensure timely tax filings (VAT, corporate tax, etc.) and compliance with local tax laws.
  3. Revenue & Payment Reconciliation:
    • Manage payment gateway reconciliations.
    • Ensure timely reconciliation of cash on delivery (COD) payments from logistics partners.
    • Track refunds, chargebacks, and disputes to minimize revenue leakage.
  4. Process Automation:
    • Work with ERP systems (Oracle) and e-commerce platforms.
    • Implement automation for financial reporting and transaction tracking.
    • Collaborate with tech teams to enhance real-time financial data analysis.
