  • Maintain general ledger and sub-ledger accounts and produce various accounting reports.
  • Reconcile collection and billing accounts regularly to accurately reflect the status of accounts receivable activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with local and overseas offices to receive and document fixed asset information for updating the fixed assets register.
  • Issue invoices and conduct follow-ups with sponsors and strategic partners according to agreed payment schedules.
  • Calculate fixed asset related costs, prepare relevant reports, and support the preparation of periodic financial statements.
  • Prepare journal entries for bank reconciliation and obtain required documentation approvals.
  • Enter credit transactions related to revenue accounts to balance entries on DET's books.
