ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities within the metal fabrication sector. Your expertise will be essential in understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Explore and identify new business avenues and markets for fabrication services.
  2. Assess customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Engage in prospecting, follow-ups, and visits to both new and existing clients.
  4. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and technical support.
  5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and capabilities.
  6. Prepare cost estimates and material take-offs while negotiating with suppliers.
  7. Collaborate with management and production teams to prepare accurate project quotations and proposals.
  8. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project specifics.
  9. Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in metal or steel fabrication within the UAE.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the fabrication industry.
  • Familiarity with main contractors and engineering consultants in the market, with experience in a subcontractor environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
