Role Overview

This Business Relation Principal Consultant position at Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional to lead the development and implementation of strategic plans that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and manage the implementation of policies, procedures, and systems user manuals.
    • Design and manage strategic, budget, and procurement plans to align with departmental and sectoral strategies.
    • Ensure effective cascading of departmental and sectoral strategies into section-level plans.
    • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with ADAA's objectives and track progress.
  • IT Operations:
    • Oversee IT governance and strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Contribute to IT strategy development and implementation to support business objectives.
    • Identify, document, and analyze IT requirements from organizational units.
    • Develop solutions to enhance IT operations and stay ahead of industry standards.
    • Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and operation level agreements (OLAs) to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
  • Project Management:
    • Develop and manage the implementation of IT project management frameworks and quality standards.
    • Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness of business requirements-gathering processes.
    • Set priorities for IT projects and ensure proper delegation with stakeholders.
    • Manage IT project planning, status monitoring, and deliverables communication.
  • Talent Development:
    • Effectively achieve assigned section operational goals through leadership, setting individual objectives, managing performance, and developing/motivating teams.
    • Monitor training plans to ensure team attendance at required trainings and development activities.
    • Conduct performance evaluations against KPIs by monitoring individual performance and reviewing progress reports.
  • Corporate Compliance:
    • Ensure employee adherence to ADAA corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines within the assigned section.
    • Manage and review section-related correspondence to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
    • Manage retention, documentation, preservation, and archiving of section-related physical and electronic records.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • Business Relations Management IT course (ITIL framework)
