About the Opportunity

This role requires a deep understanding of electrical products and services, market dynamics, and customer needs within the electrification sector.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Determine customer needs and recommend suitable Digital Portfolio solutions.
  2. Analyze market trends and develop effective sales plans to drive business growth.
  3. Maintain accurate records of installed base and generate new sales opportunities.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  5. Position advanced services, replacements, retrofits & upgrades, installation and commissioning, service workshop offerings, spare parts, SLAs, energy efficiency, digital solutions, customer training, etc., to customers.
  6. Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • Marketing & Electrical Engineering Background.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing within UAE.
  • Proven track record as an application engineer for switchgears and protection relays.
  • Background in digital solutions is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong technical expertise in selling service agreements.
  • Strong English communication & Negotiation skills are a must.
