About the Role

The Ecommerce Strategist will help drive strong fundamentals on strategic accounts for our ecommerce team, managing existing and growing new e-retailers and ensuring sales targets are met as per ecommerce strategy across priority markets.

This role requires managing internal and external stakeholders (e-commerce, marketing department, distributor, customers all forms), across different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve achievement of budgeted/planned sales targets.
  2. Develop annual budget planning with a focus on business growth.
  3. Manage and execute quarterly assortment reviews with e-retailers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Ensure monthly rolling forecast with country manager and distributor to maintain accurate projections.
  5. Create and achieve customer business plans with joint planning KPIs and targets ensuring win-win for all stakeholders.
  6. Manage SKU availability and service level across customers targeting >85%.
  7. Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunities for growth and expansion.
  8. Implement customer digital journey experience to enhance customer engagement.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ecommerce, working with FMCG brands, across sales and marketing.
  • Strong relationships with leading platforms in UAE, KSA, or KWT.
  • Sales analysis skills to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Specialized knowledge or skills required in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint is a must in ecommerce FMCG.
  • Highly organized and adept at time management to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
