Job Description

You will drive business growth within the organization, leveraging your expertise in Sales and Operations planning to ensure seamless execution of strategic plans. As a key enabler for Top Line Revenue results, you will be responsible for building forecasts that align with commercial objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the S&OP cycle for the responsible cluster/region, ensuring accurate forecasting and optimal inventory management.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial finance, trade marketing, and sales, to develop aligned forecasts and mitigate supply risks.
  3. Work closely with Supply Planning at the factory level to identify and address key supply chain challenges.
  4. Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc demand-related reports for senior management.
  5. Schedule regular forecast review meetings to ensure transparency and accountability.

About You:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Management, International Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is mandatory.
  • Experience with statistical metrics, formulas, and models is required.
  • Supply Chain Certification is an added advantage.
