Requirements
  • Previous L&D Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a Learning and Development focused position.
  • Strategic HR Skills: Strong strategic skills in the field of Human Resources, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Language Skills: Arabic speaker is essential for this role.
  • Location: Must be able to live in Al Ain.
