We are seeking an experienced Senior SuccessFactors Lead to join our team at MDS ap Abu Dhabi Emirate. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Implementation & Configuration:
    • Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
    • Ensure smooth integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise applications.
    • Define best practices for system design, configurations, and process improvements.
  2. Collaboration & Support:
    • Partner with HR, IT, and Business Leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions.
    • Work closely with internal and external teams to provide guidance and support during implementation, upgrades, and enhancements.
    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on HR digital transformation and cloud-based HR solutions.
  3. System Administration & Performance Optimization:
    • Manage system configurations, security roles, workflows, and permissions within SuccessFactors.
    • Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and provide troubleshooting support.
  4. Training & User Adoption:
    • Conduct training sessions for HR and end-users to ensure successful system adoption.
    • Create user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
  5. Project & Change Management:
    • Lead SuccessFactors projects, including upgrades, new module rollouts, and process optimizations.
    • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables to align with business objectives.
    • Support change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new system functionalities.
