Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Wellness Therapist to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and providing personalized wellness services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Treatment Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with guests to identify their wellness needs and preferences, and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
  2. Treatment Delivery: Perform a range of spa treatments, including massage, body therapy, and specialized treatments, to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  3. Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest services, including after-care advice, retail sales, and spa tours, to ensure a memorable and relaxing experience.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the spa team to achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  5. Marketing and Promotion: Assist with marketing and public relations efforts to promote the spa and its services, and contribute to the development of new programs and promotions.
  6. Knowledge and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all spa services and products, and adhere to industry standards and regulations regarding sanitation and sterilization.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of spa operations and management principles.
