Executive Office Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring that their daily tasks and responsibilities are handled efficiently and effectively.

Your primary duties will include screening telephone calls, taking messages, and responding to queries, as well as arranging domestic and international flights, transportation, and accommodation for executives. You will also be required to manage their personal and business diaries, coordinate meetings and conference calls, and prepare for board meetings by drafting agendas and gathering documents.
