About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RD Technician to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our formulation chemistry team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data, developing and implementing statistical methods, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data in MSExcel, Minitab, or other statistical software to inform formulation chemistry decisions
  • Develop and implement statistical methods, such as Six Sigma and Design of Experiment, to optimize formulation chemistry processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to drive innovation and improvement
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders using MS Powerpoint
  • Differentiate color nuances by eye and apply this skill to formulation chemistry applications
