Job Description

Job Summary:

INDMAN DMCC is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer - Structural Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed engineering plans and specifications for civil infrastructure projects.
  • Review and approve engineering deliverables from subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the Engineering Scope Matrix (Split of Responsibilities Matrix).
  • Ensure that all engineering deliverables meet the requirements of Qatar Statutory Regulations, Project Specifications, Material Requisitions, Approved Technical Exception/Deviation, Standard Drawings, Client Engineering Specifications, Contractual requirements, and International Codes and Standards.
  • Review and validate design basis, data sheets, specifications, calculations, and drawings from engineering subcontractors and packaged vendors.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on civil infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering services and meeting project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
