Main Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient processes and tools to increase productivity and maximize output.
- Customer Order Management: Oversee customer orders from portioning and meal changes to the delivery of the final product, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Resource Allocation: Organize resources to ensure deliveries and services are carried out in the most efficient and timely manner possible.
- Problem-Solving: Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and take control of problematic situations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dispatch team and dispatch manager to ensure highest efficiency and quality.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dispatch Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will be a proficient communicator in English, possess a positive and professional approach, and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience: Experience in large fast food chains is highly desirable.
- Additional Skills: Ability to arrange and organize employees' shifts, food safety certification with managerial experience, and ability to communicate in multiple languages are major advantages.
