This position requires a high level of expertise in corporate finance, with a focus on the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and advising on treasury matters related to the company's affiliates, including wholly-owned joint ventures and public entities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the review of affiliates' corporate finance matters, including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.
- Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intragroup lending, demonstrating an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities.
- Join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within the Group Treasury Management Department.
- Lead and advise on treasury matters related to the company's affiliates, including wholly-owned joint ventures and public entities.
- Possess experience in valuation and financial modeling.
- Knowledgeable in debt financing and other financial instruments.
- Understand intragroup lending and tax organization.
- Possess applicable team skills and cross-functional experience.
- Exposed to Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including mentoring new hires and presenting to the company's management committee.
- Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Hold an MBA or an equivalent degree with Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized and approved program.
- Professional certifications: CFA, CPA, and CTP.
- 10 years of experience in corporate finance matters, including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.
- Ability to coach staff in developing analytical skills and managing project delivery.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and excellent presentation skills.
