Responsibilities:- Facility Safety Management: Supervise and coordinate on all Health & Safety (H&S) related matters in the facility, including preparing and maintaining H&S checklists, arranging for PPE, and ensuring timely and disciplined behavior during breaks.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct daily rounds to identify any abnormalities and hazards, coordinating with supervisors for the same; both inside and outside the facility perimeter.
- Discipline and Harmony: Maintain discipline and harmony in the facility, coordinating with supervisors and managers.
- Training and Awareness: Assist in conducting periodic H&S training and safety awareness for all staff, as well as conducting Safety Induction training for all staff.
- Reporting and Documentation: Assist in recording Incident and Accident reports, inspecting, maintaining, and keeping records of Safety equipment and tools, and arranging for their periodic checkup and repair.
- First Aid and Emergency Response: In-charge of First Aid kits, providing First Aid to staff, participating in conducting evacuation drills, and leading emergency evacuations with designated teams.
- Facility Maintenance: Check and ensure Emergency Exit doors are well maintained, monitor high-risk activities in the facility, implement a proper waste management system, housekeeping systems in workplaces, and maintain social hygiene.
- NEBOSH/IOSH trained.
- Energetic and ready for physical activities.
- Eye for detail and near-miss risks and analysis.
- Excellent in people management and discipline handling.
- Self-disciplined in upholding the safety culture within the organization.
