Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for an AI Scientist in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for AI integration and enhancement, effectively communicating those opportunities to non-technical stakeholders.
  2. Design and develop scalable and resilient AI architecture on Cloud and On-Premise environments, leveraging expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Image recognition, and Large Language Models.
  3. Develop and maintain AI models, algorithms, and applications, ensuring they align with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on AI-related matters, representing the organization during workshops, conferences, and external forums.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and develop compelling study reports (Business Impact, ROI, Benchmarking and Selection Criteria, Business Case, RFP, and RFI).

Requirements

  1. 8+ years' experience in design, development, deployment, and monitoring of AI solutions.
  2. Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Image recognition, and Large Language Models.
  3. Proficiency in statistical and other tools/languages, such as R, RevR, SAS, Python, or similar.
  4. Knowledge of AI and Cognitive Service offerings on Cloud Providers like MS Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
  5. Experience in structuring and developing compelling study reports (Business Impact, ROI, Benchmarking and Selection Criteria, Business Case, RFP, and RFI).
