The Internal Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing an internal communications strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communication and/or employee engagement, with outstanding oral and written communication skills. They should be able to think analytically, develop solutions that meet business needs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal communications strategies.
  • Develop and implement plans for communicating organizational initiatives and projects to employees and stakeholders.
  • Plan, edit, and write content for various internal communications mediums.
  • Manage and support other members of the internal communications team.
  • Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees.
  • Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages.
  • Handle crisis situations affecting organizational perception and reputation.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communication and/or employee engagement.
  • Possesses outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on-time and on-budget.
