Key Responsibilities
  1. Telecom OSS Expertise: You will have in-depth knowledge of Telecom OSS architecture, including Service delivery for Telcos, and be able to lead transformation programs in Customer and Billing domains to improve customer experience and billing accuracy.
  2. Business Assurance Framework: You will have extensive knowledge of Business Assurance framework for new Product implementation, defining KPIs from Revenue, Process, IT/ Network, Regulatory, and Customer perspectives during Pre-Launch and post-launch.
  3. COTS Products: You will have deep knowledge of COTS products like Hansen, Ericsson Order Care, Ericsson SOM, Nokia Flowone, Siebel or Salesforce, and other value chain products like Comviva or other Billing solutions like Oracle, Kenan, or CSG.
  4. System Design and Implementation: You will be able to analyze business requirements and create system design for the complete CRM/RMS solution for both Residential and enterprise customers of varied sizes.
  5. Program Management: You will program manage the CRM/Billing implementation and operations, working with varied stakeholders for business reporting and delivery/progress management.
  6. Billing Architecture: You will have comprehensive knowledge of Billing Architecture, Operations & Assurance for Telcos, and be able to lead transformation programs in Billing domain to improve customer experience and billing accuracy.
  7. Cloud Infrastructure: You will have working experience with Cloud Infrastructure, being familiar with Telco Cloud (VNF/CNF), On Prem IT Cloud, and Public Cloud implementations and associated vendors/cloud providers.
  8. Service Management Tools: You will have experience with one or more of the service management tools like BMC Remedy, network monitoring tools like Zabbix, dashboard like Grafana, BI tools for reporting, ITSM for change, problem, and incident management.
  9. Alarm Handling: You will have experience of handling alarms from NMS/EMS systems via API notifications, SNMP, Kafka Pub/Sub, etc.
  10. Service Order Orchestration: You will be well-versed with Service order orchestration, activation, and inventory management systems.
  11. Problem Solving and Communication: You will demonstrate problem-solving, solution expertise, and active listening skills, and possess good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Requirements
