About The Role

As a key member of our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of our Plant assets. This will involve ensuring the integrity, operational safety, reliability, and availability of our equipment.

You will evaluate and coordinate the availability of resources required for maintenance activities, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance Planning Support

Develop and implement effective maintenance planning strategies to ensure the efficient execution of maintenance activities.

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day routine maintenance planning activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.

Monitor and prioritize work orders based on scheduling, resource availability, and timely updates.

Review and arrange additional resources required for maintenance jobs and ensure the availability of necessary materials.

Collaborate with Maintenance Planning Engineers and Planners to achieve related Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

Issue On-Call Schedules

Ensure the availability of required manpower during weekends, holidays, and off-hours for maintenance activities.

Review and Update Progress Reports

Review and update periodical progress reports issued by Maintenance to keep top management informed about the progress of all initiatives and facilitate decision-making.

Coordinate Maintenance Meetings

Coordinate the Maintenance monthly management meeting, prepare and issue Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow up with section/department heads on necessary actions as stipulated in the MOM.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

At least 8 years of experience in Plant Maintenance Scheduling and Planning within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.

Revenues/Budget: As per approved financial budget

Direct Reports: As per the organization chart

Indirect Reports: As per the organization chart
