About the Role:
- Lead a high-performing team of property listing specialists, providing guidance and motivation to drive results.
- Establish clear performance expectations and goals for the team and individual members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to develop effective property listing strategies.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROPERTY OWNERS, DEVELOPERS, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS TO MAXIMIZE MARKET EXPOSURE AND ATTRACT POTENTIAL BUYERS OR TENANTS.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the property listing process, meeting the highest standards of professionalism and quality.
About You:
- MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE WITH A FOCUS ON PROPERTY LISTING IS REQUIRED.
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN TEAM LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT IS ESSENTIAL.
- IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE REAL ESTATE MARKET IN ABU DHABI IS CRUCIAL.
- STRONG COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS ARE NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE.
