Main Responsibilities:

This role involves adhering to all applicable policies and procedures, conducting market research to identify new potential customers, analyzing market trends to identify new products in the market and understand their advantages and disadvantages, planning and assisting with new product releases and events, maintaining technical knowledge, and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of medical equipment, urodynamics, and physiotherapy, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers by providing them with support, information, and guidance.
  • Recommend new products to existing customers based on their needs and provide them with support to ensure a great relationship.
  • Negotiating contracts and packages with existing customers.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing standards.
  • Contribute to the team effort by achieving annual targets and assisting the team when needed.
