- Training and Development: You will assist in training and mentoring new associates, ensuring they have the knowledge needed to successfully carry out their tasks.
- Process Improvement: You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Resource Allocation: You will work with the Operations Manager to sufficiently resource your function, including call-outs for training needs, absence, and performance management.
Requirements
- Experience: You must have experience managing teams and experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
