About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Trainee Engineer to support our design team in preparing bid proposals for business development. This exciting opportunity allows fresh graduates or entry-level engineers to gain hands-on experience in solar PV project design and estimation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in evaluating the feasibility of potential PV Solar assets through preliminary data analysis
  • Collaborate with the Design and Estimation Engineer on technical configuration and optimization
  • Participate in simulations using PV-Syst, Helioscope, and Homer output tools
  • Support the creation of solar lab reports and shading analysis
  • Maintain close relationships with the core design team and execution team to facilitate learning and growth
  • Gain an understanding of region-specific regulations and issues relevant to Solar PV projects
  • Assist in generating project estimation sheets (CAPEX & OPEX) and project schedules as per guidelines
  • Provide input on solar product pricing, availability, and system updates
  • Support site surveys to design effective solar solutions and electrical integrations
  • Attend project kick-off meetings to gather design enhancement feedback and apply it to new opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Must have internship or study project experience
  • Experience in renewable energy and solar PV systems is a plus
