Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy to improve departmental efficiency and drive growth
  • Manage and develop a team of technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and training
  • Source and develop reliable service partners to support our products and meet customer expectations
  • Create and implement a training program for technicians to enhance their technical skills and improve on-site efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Service Sales division to ensure the volume of business generated is aligned with the capacity and performance of the department
  • Build a strategy and implement the development and education of regional partners in aftermarket operations
