The Staff Health and Wellness Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of staff members in a hotel environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the facility.
  • Maintain accurate department records and documents, guaranteeing timely completion and proper documentation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Dubai Town Health laboratory and other relevant medical bodies.
  • Oversee employee medical records, updating and maintaining them accurately.
  • Coordinate training programs for assigned First Aiders, ensuring regular examination and refresher courses.
  • Conduct quarterly, bi-annual, and annual inventory of operating equipment, as well as monthly stock checks.

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant with experience in a hotel setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
