Overview:
The Corporate Treasury division manages all global treasury functions for Precision Hire Solution, encompassing capital planning, analysis, relationships with rating agencies, foreign exchange risk management, trading, cash management, pensions, asset-liability management, capital markets transactions, credit facility oversight, and intercompany funding. This team also ensures the accuracy of public disclosures related to all global treasury activities.

The Role:
We are seeking an Analyst to enhance and support the foreign exchange trading operations, including market risk management, forecasting, liquidity management, and front-office treasury solutions for our Cross Border Services (XBS) division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative foreign exchange capabilities to align with business strategies involving cross-border payments.
  • Implement a premier foreign exchange risk management program and associated strategies.
  • Conduct daily forecasting and management of local currency liquidity to facilitate seamless FX trade settlements and ensure customer payout continuity.
  • Engage in all trading desk activities, including position reconciliation, risk management tasks, and post-trade evaluations.
  • Analyze historical trends and overarching FX trading strategies through model creation that forecasts payout patterns and daily originations.
  • Prepare weekly KPI and risk metric dashboards for senior management review.
  • Define workflows for the FX desk while ensuring adherence to XBS Treasury policies and procedures.
  • Provide insights to Business Development and Product teams regarding pricing across various currency combinations.
  • Address ad hoc requests, including rate validations and new customer onboarding assessments.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing projects alongside daily responsibilities.
  • Capable of fostering a collaborative team environment to achieve outstanding results.
  • Knowledge of best practices in FX risk management, pre/post-trade processes, and liquidity management.
  • Prior experience in FX markets or Treasury is advantageous.
