Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing intricate financial models in accordance with industry best practices
  • Performing comprehensive valuation and market analyses
  • Preparing and organizing detailed valuation reports and memos
  • Mentoring and overseeing associates and interns during their assignments
  • Collaborating closely with partners, directors, and team members on client management and business development initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a recognized institution
  • Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, MBA, CBV, ASA, etc. are preferred
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various audit software
  • Commercially oriented with a knack for delivering innovative solutions
