We are seeking a highly motivated Hospitality and Service Professional to join our team at Audemars Piguet. As a key member of our boutique, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences that exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relations: Provide a welcoming atmosphere that conveys warmth, courtesy, elegance, and simplicity while taking care of clients' well-being and actively listening to their needs.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions between appointments and sales interactions.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with all AP company policies, procedures, and guidelines, including security and safety protocols.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the luxury watch industry.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent customer management skills.
- Qualifications: Fluency in English is required, Arabic is an asset.
